2.3 equipment: high temperature and high pressure dyeing small prototype, electric dip rolling car, constant temperature blast drying oven, dyeing and finishing small prototype

 

3.Finishing technology

3.1Dip rolling process:

Dosage: fixing agent 10g / L

 

Preparation of fixing agent solution → dip rolling (one dipping and one rolling) → drying (130 ～ 150 ℃, 3min)

 

3.2Soaping process:

 

In the soaping machine, at 60 ℃, 5g / L soaping solution, according to the bath ratio of 1:50, take the standard soaping solution 50 times the weight of cloth, wash for 30 minutes, and observe the appearance change of the soaping solution

 

3.3Water fastness process:

According to the bath ratio of 1:50, take the standard soaping solution 50 times the weight of cloth, put it into a beaker, heat to 100 ℃ and soak for 30min, take out the cloth, and observe the appearance change of the soaping solution
