I. PRODUCT PROFILE
The disposable flame retardant jv-909 is a compound of phosphate ester and various flame retardant components. It is suitable for flame retardant finishing of cotton, polyester and their blended fabrics. The finished fabrics can obtain excellent flame retardant effect.

III. TECHNICAL INDICATORS
Appearance: colorless transparent liquid
PH value: 4-6 (1% aqueous solution)
Anion: weak ion
Solubility: easily soluble in water
IV. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1. It can endow the fabric with excellent flame retardant effect, and there is no afterburning after treatment;
2. It has little effect on fabric strength;
3. It is easy to operate without special equipment
4. No formaldehyde, colorless, tasteless, non-toxic, no irritation.
V. PRODUCT APPLICATION
It is suitable for flame retardant finishing of cotton, polyester and their blended needle and shuttle fabrics.
Cotton fabric: jv-909 280 ～ 400g / 1
Polyester fabric: jv-909 100 ~ 200g / 1
Dip rolling working solution → drying → baking or setting (condition depends on fabric type).
Note: 1. Dosage and baking (setting) conditions depend on fabric type.
2. The amount of T / C fabric should be adjusted according to the specific varieties, and the amount should be increased if necessary.
*Note: This product is non durable flame retardant.
VI. STORAGE AND PACKAGING
125kg / barrel, sealed room temperature storage, shelf life of 6 months.
