PH value: 5-6 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: easily soluble in water

 IV. PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATION:

1. The improver jv-536 is a polymer compound, which is specially used for fixing color of other denim garments. It can improve the dry wet rubbing fastness by 1-2 grades

2. Dry wet rubbing fastness improver is easy to penetrate and absorb.

3. Dry wet rubbing fastness improver jv-536 has good dispersibility and does not stick to cloth; it has good stain resistance, and little staining on pocket cloth and label.

 V. APPLICATION METHODS

Impregnation method

Dosage: dry wet rubbing fastness improver 636:2-5% (o.w.f.) (color depth adjusted); bath ratio: 1:10-20, room temperature treatment for 10-15 minutes.

 VI. POINTS FOR ATTENTION

1. When using, dilute it with 2-3 times of cold water, and then slowly add it into the washing machine to prevent oil spots.

2. 30-40 temperature treatment, do not raise the temperature too high. In winter, the water temperature is low and slightly higher.

VII. PACKAGING STORAGE

125kg / plastic barrel, sealed at room temperature, shelf life of 6 months.
