IV.Application Methods
1. Preparation of base paste
Feeding sequence
Soft water (or tap water) → anti staining salt → urea → sodium hexametaphosphate (soft water can not be added, if the water quality is hard, it can be added) → baking soda → stir for 5 minutes to dissolve → jv-315 → make up water, stir for 30 minutes → basic paste (standby)
Remarks: if conditions permit, the foundation paste can be kept for 8 hours.

Note:
1.The factory can choose the proportion of basic paste according to the depth of dye and the type of machine.The dosage of basic paste jv-315 can also be adjusted according to its own situation.
2.The dosage of urea and other auxiliaries should be selected according to the fabric fiber type and process.
3.The actual consumption of round mesh is 3% - 4%, and that of flat mesh is 4% - 5%.
V. Packaging storage
This product is environmental friendly, non-toxic and non polluting non dangerous goods. During storage, transportation and use, the general chemical operation rules shall be observed.
It is stored and transported in a cool and ventilated place. When the temperature is low, the appearance becomes thicker, but the use is not affected.
