I. TECHNICAL INDICATORS
Appearance: colorless or light yellow transparent liquid
Solid content: 95 ± 1%
PH value: 2.5-3.0
Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

Durable flame retardant for polyester fabric.
III. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1. Low dosage can achieve good flame retardant effect;
2. The strength and handle of the finished fabric are not affected;
3. Very low volatility, non-toxic;
4. It can be used in conventional setting machine；
IV. APPLICATION
Pretreatment
Because of the poor water absorption and low liquid carrying rate of polyester fabric, it is better to carry out one alkali treatment before flame retardant finishing. This can not only improve the water absorption of polyester fabric, ensure uniform liquid carrying, but also remove the impurities and other additives on the surface of the fabric to prevent the influence of flame retardant effect;
Formula: NaOH: 20-30g / L
Temperature: 95-100 degrees
Time: 30-60 minutes
The concentration of flame retardant in flame retardant finishing varies with the weight and liquid content of the fabric.
Formula: jv-901, 75-180g / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate, adjust pH to 6.5
Preparation of work bath: first add a small amount of soft water, then add the required PES, fully stir and dissolve; add 5-20g / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate dropwise, check pH at any time, and stop adding when it reaches 6.5. Dilute with water to the specified weight (volume). The prepared working fluid should be used as soon as possible, otherwise the pH value should be adjusted to 6.5 before use. The usual amount of non-ionic penetrant is usually added when necessary.
3) Production process: one soaking and one rolling (rolling residual rate: 60-70%) --- drying (100-120 ℃ / 1-2 minutes) --- baking (190-195 ℃ / 1-2 minutes) --- 45 ℃ hot water washing -- cold water washing -- drying
*Precautions*
Water drop is used to test the hydrophilicity of cloth, and pretreatment can be omitted;
Baking temperature (195-200 degrees / 1-2 minutes), high temperature, good effect - wash in cold water, dry;
