ACID LEVELING AGENT JV-463
I. PRODUCT PROFILE
This product is a leveling auxiliary developed for uneven dyeing of wool, nylon and silk fabrics with acid dyes.
II. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: Tan transparent liquid
Ionic type: anion / nonionic
Solubility: easily soluble in water
PH value: 7-8 (1% aqueous solution)
III. PRODUCT USE
●Its molecular structure has affinity to fibers containing - Oh, - COOH, - NH2 and so on.
●Compared with anionic dyes, it can occupy the dyeing seats on the fibers containing the above-mentioned groups and play a slow dyeing role, thus avoiding the phenomenon of competitive dyeing at the beginning of dyeing
●With the increase of temperature and the passage of dyeing time, leveling agent molecules gradually desorb from the dyeing seat, and dye molecules gradually dye onto the fiber, so as to achieve leveling effect.
IV. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Reference: 0.5-2.5% (o.w.f.);
V. STORAGE AND PACKAGING
Non dangerous goods, packed in 125kg plastic drums, stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, with a shelf life of more than one year.

Usually shipment will be made within 7-15days against confirmed order.
4. How about the validity of the offer?
