Sulfur dye Wet friction fastness improver for fabric
I. PRODUCT PROFILE
The active, vulcanized, direct and indigo dyes are particularly low when they are dyed thick and dark on cellulose fibers, especially in the case of large black, red and green blue, which are often lower than grade 1, while the textile products exported to Europe and the United States require more than grade 3 to improve the stability of the products to salt and alkali and to reduce the shortage of the structure of the products themselves. Therefore, the environmentally friendly wet rubbing fastness agent has been specially developed.

III. TECHNICAL INDICATORS
Appearance: light yellow to yellow transparent liquid
Solubility: easily dispersed in any proportion of tap water
Ionic: weak cation
PH value: 3.5 ± 0.5 (50g / L)
IV. MAIN PERFORMANCE
1. This product does not contain formaldehyde and APEO. It belongs to environmental protection product and meets the requirements of EU Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
2. It can be used for fixing after dyeing cellulose fiber; it can greatly improve the wet friction effect, which can be increased by 1-1.5 grade, reaching more than 3 grade.
3. It is easy to use, and it can be used directly with water.
4. The handle of the fabric is soft, and has no effect on the color light and sunlight fastness.
5. For jeans washing is more prominent.
V. APPLICATION METHODS
Depending on the type and concentration of the dye used, the type and shape of the treated fabric are as follows:
1. impregnation (limited to washing plants)
Dosage: JV-508：2~4%(o.w.f .)(Depth adjustment)
Bath :1:10~20
Process: dyed color cloth (PH≤7)→ impregnated (room temperature, time :20~30 min)→ dried
2. dipping method: JV-508：30~50 g/L;
Process: dyed color cloth (PH≤7)→ one dip and one rolling (residual rate :80~85%) drying
VI. NOTES
1. Please use it immediately after preparation, and do a good job of sample test before use. The above process is only for reference.
2. The wet rubbing fastness improver jv-508 can only be used alone, and cannot be used in the same bath with silicone oil, softener, fixing agent and anionic additive.
3. The temperature of working fluid should be controlled between 25 ℃ and room temperature.
4. Before using the wet rubbing fastness improver jv-508, clean the cloth surface alkali (control pH ≤ 7), salt and soaping agent.
5. use a long time to produce a large amount of foam in the rolling tank. Clear the foam or clean the groove and replace the working fluid in time.
6. Try to keep the pH value of working fluid in the range of 5-6.
7. The water used for working fluid should be tap water ≤ 100ppm.
VII. PACKAGING STORAGE
Shelf life: 125kg / barrel, sealed for 6 months.
