Nonionic Wet friction fastness improver for wool leather

Silicone modified special polymer copolymer.

Ionic: nonionic

Safety: non toxic, no irritating smell
III. CHARACTERISTICS AND PERFORMANCE
This product belongs to environmental protection products.
The wet rubbing fastness of the treated fabrics can be improved by 1-2 grades.
It doesn't affect the color and luster, and it feels soft after finishing.
Strong stability, acid and alkali salt resistance, hard water resistance.
No demulsification, no stick stick, easy to operate and use.
It can solve the problem of various functional auxiliaries in the same bath. It can be used with fixing agent and silicone oil in the same bath, and can be upgraded to 0.5-1 level.
IV. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is suitable for solid color treatment of cellulose fiber activity, direct, vulcanization, Shilin and other dyes to improve dry and wet friction fastness after dyeing.
V. METHODOLOGY OF USE
1. Spraying process: after 25% thinning, spray the fabric with spray gun, and then dry it. (after diluting, filter it with 100-200 mesh filter cloth and load it into the spray gun to prevent blocking the spray gun pipe.)
2. Soaking process: (mainly used for knitted fabrics)
Jv-318: dosage 1.0-2.0% (o.w.f)
bath ratio: 1:15-20
Technological process: Technological process: dyeing cloth → dipping jv-318 → drying at 50 ℃ for 30min (105 ℃)
Dip rolling process: 20-50g / L, one dip rolling, 150 ℃ shaping and drying.
*This product can be bath with fixing agent, silicone oil and soft oil, but pioneer experiment is needed. The best technological formula has been obtained*
VI. STORAGE AND PACKAGING
It is packed in 125kg plastic barrel and stored at normal temperature. Please cover the container tightly when not in use. Generally, it can be stored for more than 6 months.
