III. MAIN PERFORMANCE
Low temperature scouring agent is a new environmental protection and high efficiency pretreatment agent, which is a great change to the traditional process. The product can avoid excessive fiber damage, reduce weight loss (3-5% less than traditional process), and improve dyeability and levelness. The scouring agent provides an effective way to realize economic, environmental protection and short flow pretreatment.
IV. APPLICATION
Pretreatment of cotton and its blended knitted fabric Low temperature scouring agent 1-2g / L
Caustic soda (100%) 2-2.5g/l
Hydrogen peroxide (100%) 1-3g / L
Bath ratio: 1:8 ~ 10 temperature: 80 °C time: 40 ~ 60min
The technological process is as follows: circulating into the cylinder → heating to 80 °C for 40-60min → discharging → washing with hot water (60 °C, once) → discharging liquid → (peracid deoxidization) → dyeing
V. PACKAGING STORAGE
125kg / plastic barrel sealed at room temperature, shelf life of 6 months.
