High concentration soap detergent JV-716: Improving the color fastness of dyed fabrics

Soap detergent JV-716 is a special product commonly used for cooking and post cleaning of dyed and printed fabrics. It can also be used for pre cleaning of fabrics (especially blended fabrics containing elastic fibers), cleaning of dyeing machines, and leveling and lightening of dyed fabrics. Used for soap washing after dyeing with reactive and direct dyes, it effectively removes floating colors on the surface of fabrics and has anti staining properties, resulting in better color fastness of dyed fabrics.

4. Application methods

●Pre treatment and bleaching

 #The recommended dosage for pre-treatment and bleaching process is 1-2g/l

 #For all traditional crafts (whether it's boiling pots, cold stacking, or continuous processes), soap detergent JV-716 has excellent effects in the pre-treatment and bleaching processes of cotton, polyester cotton yarns, or fabrics; Good pre-treatment and bleaching effects are undoubtedly very beneficial for the subsequent dyeing and printing.

 #Soap detergent JV-716 can adsorb well on the surface of calcium magnesium salt crystals, inhibiting the crystallization process of calcium magnesium salts and increasing solubility.

 #Soap detergent JV-716 has excellent dispersibility, improving the washing performance of insoluble and insoluble salts. After washing, the fabric is cleaner and has a better hand feel. Soap detergent JV-716 has a very good dispersing effect on cotton short fibers, which can greatly reduce fuzz and minimize issues such as clogging and white space during the printing process. By preventing the deposition of insoluble salts, soap detergent JV-716 can reduce the friction between yarn/metal during bleaching. Soap detergent JV-716 is also recommended to be used together with silicate stabilizers for hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Its main function is to reduce the viscosity of silicate dispersions and prevent the deposition of calcium or magnesium salts on equipment or fabrics. Soap detergent JV-716 improves the dissolution rate of insoluble impurities.

●Dyeing

 For all the following dyeing processes, it is recommended to add 1-2g/L soap detergent JV-716. Under alkaline conditions, the solubility of anionic dyes such as direct, reactive, naphthol, or reducing dyes decreases. This can lead to uneven staining, resulting in lighter colors and significant differences between the yin and yang surfaces. Due to the deposition of insoluble complexes on the surface of the fabric, the brightness of the dyed fabric decreases. Soap detergent JV-716 can increase color yield, improve dyeing performance and dye absorption. And it does not affect the color of metal complex dyes. Soap detergent JV-716 can inhibit the formation of insoluble polymers between reducing dyes and calcium ions, preventing deposition in the dye solution or on fabrics.

●Reactive dyeing soap detergent

 #The recommended dosage is 0.5-2g/l. For very dark colors, it is recommended to use 1g/l soap cleaner JV-716 for two washes, each lasting 10 minutes. The effect is better than using 2g/l soap cleaner JV-716 for 20 minutes.

 #Calcium ions can affect the washing effect of hydrolyzed reactive dyes and lead to a decrease in the color fastness of dyed fabrics. Adding soap JV-716 can effectively improve this problem. Soap detergent JV-716 does not contain phosphorus and is prone to degradation during wastewater treatment. And it does not affect the color light of metal complex dyes.

●Other applications

 Adding 0.3g/l soap detergent JV-716 during the restoration cleaning process can improve the dispersion of dyes and prevent the decomposition of dyes from depositing on the fabric surface. Prevent the formation of scale in high-pressure cleaning machines. Adding 0.32g/l soap detergent JV-716 to the neutralization process after alkali reduction of polyester fabric can improve the dispersibility of polyester oligomers and titanium dioxide. Alternative to tripolyphosphate. It can also be used as an active printing soap wash anti stick agent.
