II. MAIN PERFORMANCE

This product does not contain free formaldehyde, has no special smell, no irritation, and will not cause dermatitis when contacting with skin. In addition to treating the fixation process alone, it can also be used in the same bath with non-ionic and cationic finishing agents. It can obviously improve the poor wet fastness after printing and dyeing, and improve the wet ironing fastness and sweat fastness. The formaldehyde free fixing agent jv-601a has excellent fixation effect especially for bright red, royal blue and dark black. It changes little on the original color, keeps the brightness of the primary color, and does not affect the handle.

III. USE

For direct dyes, reactive dyes, sulfur dyes and other printing, dyeing after fixation.

Dilute this product with water at 1:2 to make a common formaldehyde free fixing agent (1 part into 3 parts). The amount used varies with dyes, fibers and requirements for fastness.

1. Impregnation method:
   The dosage of dark color o.w.f 1-2%, medium color 0.5-1%, light color 0.w.f 0.5%
   Bath ratio: 1:10
   After soaking at 50-60 °C for 30min, the mixture was dehydrated and dried.

2. Dip rolling process
   The dosage of medium and dark cloth is 10-30g / L, and that of light color cloth is 8-10 g / L Dip rolling drying stretching finishing at room temperature on a stretcher.

IV. PACKAGING STORAGE

Non dangerous goods, packed in 125kg plastic barrel, stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoid high temperature and exposure to the sun, and the storage period is one year.
