JV-800 is a kind of cross-linking agent and carbon based waterproof agent of fluorine-containing waterproof agent and fluorine-free waterproof agent.

3、Product features
1. JV-800 is a kind of fluorocarbon waterproof agent and non fluorocarbon crosslinking agent.
2. JV-800 enhances the original performance of fluorocarbon and non fluorocarbon, and waterproof treatment. For example, by increasing washability, initial performance.
3. JV-800 is completely solvent-free, formaldehyde free and oxime free, reducing the emission of volatile organic compounds.
4. JV-800 needs a lower curing temperature, which is 10 ~ 30 ℃ lower than the general curing temperature to prevent isocyanate crosslinking agent. Curing temperature: 100 ~ 130 ℃
5. because of its non-ionic properties, JV-800 is a better emulsion with better compatibility and stability.
4、Precautions
1. Avoid mixing with anionic additives;
2. The fixing agent of reactive dyes has a certain influence on the water resistance;
3. The better waterproof effect can be achieved by adding appropriate catalyst;
4. Careful consideration should be given to the use of antibacterial agents;
5. It is better to remove the floating substance or some spills in the bath;
6.When the dye flows out of the fabric and changes the bath color, it needs to be washed.
7 small size, automatic feeding groove, can effectively prevent the end or trailing, suitable for w / R finishing.
5、Packaging storage and precautions
Store at - 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. Avoid direct fire and light, close the cover and fasten it. The shelf life is more than 6 months.
