FLUORO CHEMICAL RESIN SOLUTION FOR ARTIFICIAL LEATHER

C6103 is solvent soluble fluoro chemical resin for P/U coating to make artificial leather, it can be mixed with P/U resin, DMF and toner.

Artificial leather treated by C6103 has got a excellent properties as water & oil repellency and chemical resistance(acid resistanceㆍ alkali resistanceㆍ especially, hydrolysis resistance).C6103 doesn't contain PFOA

(Perfluorooctanoic acid). It is a environment-friendly fluoro carbon base water repellent.

 

<GENERAL PROPERTIES>

 

Appearance:Transparency or semi-transparency yellow liquid

Effective component:Above 60% (at 105℃ X 90min)

Viscosity:below 2000 cps (at 25℃)

Solvent:DMF / MEK

 

<SPECIFICATIONS>

 

1. C6103 is PFOA free fluoro carbon base water repellent.

2. C6103 is a environment-friendly product.

3. C6103 has a very low surface tension energy.

4. C6103 has a excellent water & oil repellency.

5. P/U coating film treated by C6103 has got a excellent properties as chemical resistance(acid resistanceㆍalkali resistanceㆍespecially, hydrolysis resistance).

6. C6103 has low moisture absorbtion and high grade hydrostatic pressure effect to treated fabrics.

7. C6103 can be used mixing with P/U resin, solvent and toner without any catalyst and cross linker.

8. C6103 has a good compatibility with various P/U resin.

1. Artificial leather wet-dipping process.

<STORAGE AND HANDLING>

1. Store in -5℃  ~ 40℃. Avoid from direct fire and light.

2. Close a cover fasten.
