I. PRODUCT PROFILE
The sun fastness improver jv-903 is a benzotriazole UV resistant finishing agent, which can significantly improve the UV resistance grade, light fastness to sunlight and perspiration of reactive, direct, disperse, acid and vat dyes. It is suitable for the anti ultraviolet finishing of reactive, direct, disperse, acid and vat dyes.

Appearance: light yellow to yellow transparent liquid
PH value: 7.0 ± 1.0 (1% deionized water)
Ionic: nonionic
Solubility: easy to disperse in water
IV. MAIN PERFORMANCE
It can significantly improve the UV resistant grade, light fastness to sunlight and perspiration of reactive, direct, disperse, acid and vat dyes; it is suitable for all kinds of natural fibers and synthetic fibers; it can be finished in the same bath with dyeing process, and the color light of dyed fabric has little influence during the treatment; it has certain washing resistance.
V. APPLICATION
1. Impregnation method:
Sun fastness improver jv-903 2 ～ 5% (o.w.f)
The bath ratio was 1 ∶ 10 ~ 15, the temperature was room temperature ~ 45 ℃ for 30 ~ 45 min, dehydrated, and dried at 100 ~ 120 ℃
2. Dip rolling method:
Sun fastness improver jv-903 20 ～ 50g / L
One dip one rolling working solution (2kg / cm2) → drying at 100-120 ℃
VI. PACKAGING STORAGE
125kg / plastic barrel sealed at room temperature, shelf life of 6 months.
