I. MAIN COMPONENTS

Appearance: dark brown liquid

Ionic: anion

Solubility: easily soluble in water

Stability: acid, alkali, electrolyte and hard water resistance

PH:6-7

III. MAIN PERFORMANCE

1. This product is specially used for fixing color process after printing, which can effectively prevent white ground pollution

2. The effect of NBS powder prepared by B20 with 40% solid content is similar to that of NBS powder;

3. The effect of 3 times dilution of this product is similar to that of O powder after 5 times dilution

4. The fabric treated with this product has greatly improved the fastness to soaping and perspiration

5. It has little effect on fabric color, shade and handle.

 IV. APPLICATION

It can be used 1-2 times

Fixing process of acid dye printing

Light color system: 1-2% o.w.f

Medium color: 2-4% o.w.f

Dark color: 3-6% o.w.f

Bath ratio: 1:15 ~ 20

Temperature & time: 30-50 ℃× 20min

125kg / plastic barrel sealed at room temperature, shelf life of 6 months.
