Anionic Acrylic adhesive for polyester printing JV-61
I.Product introduction
Jv-61 is a water-based self crosslinking adhesive, which is suitable for printing polyester, polyester cotton blended, chemical fiber and other fabrics. It is also better for drying without high temperature setting process

Appearance: milky white liquid
PH value: 7-8 (25 ℃)
Ionic: anionic
Solid content: 27 ± 2%

IV.Product features
1. Strong fixation and washing fastness.
2. Good water fastness.
3. It can fix the color at 100 ℃ - 120 ℃ and improve the fastness after high temperature setting.
4. Good net passing, no net plugging and no knife sticking.
V.How to use it
When preparing the pulp, according to the fastness requirements, the appropriate amount of pulp and the appropriate process can be selected
Application example: adhesive jv-61 20%
Thickener 2.5%
Tibetan 5%
Printing → drying at 120 ℃ * 3 min → baking at 150 ℃ * 1 min (if possible, this process is better).
VI. Packaging, storage and precautions
50kg / 125kg; stored at 0-40 ℃ for half a year.
It cannot be shared with cationic additives

L/C or T/T will all be acceptable.
