III. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a new generation of reducing detergent after dyeing with disperse dyes.
It is used to replace the previous sodium hydrosulfite alkaline reduction cleaning method. It has the characteristics of strong reduction ability, easy to use and easy to clean. The fabric is more bright and safer after cleaning.
IV. MAIN PERFORMANCE
1. This product has strong reducing effect on disperse dyes under weak acid condition, which can completely remove the unfixed dyes on the fabric, so that the fabric can obtain high fastness and brightness;
2. Compared with the traditional alkaline reduction, this product is easy to be cleaned by water after reduction and cleaning, saving energy and water;
For the light dyeing solution, only water saving is needed;
The best use of this product pH = 3-4.5, temperature above 80 ℃, easy to clean.
V. APPLICATION PROCESS
Dosage: 1-3g / L
Adjust pH = 3-4 with glacial acetic acid, treat at 80-85 ℃ for 10-20 minutes, drain, hot water and cold water for cleaning.
Note: This product is a series of reducing agent, and can not contact with oxidant and metal. The packing must be sealed and stored
VI. PACKAGING STORAGE
125kg / barrel, sealed at room temperature, shelf life of 6 monthslife of more than one year.
