Adhesive for Polyester and Nylon Pigment Printing JV-51
I. PRODUCT PROFILE
It is suitable for pigment printing of cellulose fiber, polyester fiber and nylon fiber. Suitable for roller, rotary screen, flat screen, hand printing and spray printing.

Appearance: slightly bluish translucent liquid
Ionic: anionic
PH value: 6-7
IV. MAIN PERFORMANCE
1. The handle is very soft, close to that of reactive dye printing, Good fastness
2. High color yield, full color and clear outline
3. Good net passing, no net plugging and no knife sticking
4. The printed fabric meets the requirements of environmental protection
V. APPLICATION METHODS
Thickener jv-51: 1.5-2
Slurry: 10-20 (optional)
Color paste: X
Ammonia / defoamer / auxiliary (optional)
Total: 100g (if the slurry is too thin, thickener can be added properly and stirred evenly)
Printing, drying and baking (130-150c, 1-3min) are better.
VI. POINTS FOR ATTENTION
1. Each batch of substandard goods / before each use, must be carefully tested, confirmed before use.
2. The color fastness and rubbing fastness of printing surface can be improved by choosing appropriate fixing agent (pay attention to the timeliness of fixing agent), and cationic color paste and additives can be avoided.
VII. PACKAGING STORAGE
The net weight of each barrel is 50kg or 125kg.
