THICKENING AGENT JV-300
Acid resistance thickener for Toilet cleaner and shampoo
This product is associative polyacrylic acid, with thickening, foam stabilizing, chelating, emulsifying, dispersing and other properties. It is suitable for detergent, shower gel, shampoo, hand sanitizer, washing liquid and other products.
Technical indicators
Appearance (25 ℃): light yellow to yellow transparent viscous liquid
PH (1% aqueous solution):2.5-4.5
Viscosity (30 ℃, mpa.s): ≥ 1200
Main performance
(1) It has high thickening efficiency, especially for sulfonic acid system, and is also effective for other formula systems. It has good synergistic thickening effect with salt, cab and amine oxide.
(2) It has strong dispersing ability. It can be used in laundry liquid with the functions of anti redeposition and anti cross color.
(3) It has excellent emulsification and suspension function and improves the stability of oil phase.
(4) Polymer structure, with foam stabilizing function.
(5) It has partial AES function and can increase the salt consumption of the system.
(6) It can be used in shower gel system with obvious anti-skid effect and anti freezing drawing effect.
Craft
(1) Usage: JV-300 is an acid polymer. It needs alkali neutralization to achieve the best effect. When neutralization is excessive, it can be adjusted back with sulfonic acid or citric acid.
(2) Dosage: 1.0 ~ 4.0%
Packaging and storage
125kg/ barrel, stored in a cool place, with a shelf life of 1 year.
