Acid fixing agent for pad dyeing of nylon

Appearance: brown red transparent mucus

Solubility: easily soluble in water
Stability: acid, alkali, electrolyte and hard water resistance
III. MAIN PERFORMANCE
1. The appearance of B50 is very similar to the acid fixing agent produced by the best two chemical enterprises in Germany, and the technical indexes are almost the same.
2. Acid fixing agent B50 is a special fixing agent for wool, nylon (nylon), silk, leather and other fibers dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes, metal complex dyes). After treatment, the fastness to washing, perspiration, sunlight and chlorine resistance of the dyed fabric are greatly improved;
3. The fixation effect of this product on pad dyeing of nylon ribbon is excellent, which is obviously better than other acid fixing agents.
4. It has little influence on the color and handle of the fabric. Another characteristic of the product is its good acid resistance, which is conducive to chemical operation.
IV. APPLICATION
1. Impregnation method:
Light color system: 1 ～ 2% (o.w.f.)
Medium color system: 2 ～ 3% (o.w.f.)
Dark color: 3-4% (o.w.f.)
Bath ratio: 1:5 ~ 20
Temperature & time: 80 ℃× 20min
2. Dip rolling method:
Dosage: 20-40g / L (dosage can be adjusted according to depth)

125kg / plastic barrel sealed at room temperature, shelf life of 6 months.
